Credit Lift Pros provides educational and advisory credit and loan consulting services. We are not a credit bureau, a lender, or a law firm, and nothing provided through our services constitutes legal advice. Consultations are $150 per hour and are available by appointment only.
Appointments are scheduled in advance through our online booking calendar. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. We do not offer unscheduled phone consultations.
Credit Lift Pros does not guarantee any specific credit score increase, the removal of accurate negative information, loan approval, a specific interest rate, a specific funding amount, or any other financing outcome. Results depend on your individual circumstances and decisions made by third parties, including lenders and credit bureaus, which are outside our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate information during your consultation and for any decisions you make based on the guidance provided. Credit Lift Pros is not responsible for actions taken by lenders, credit bureaus, or other third parties.
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credit Lift Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
